In use, I find that it hard to determine the current status of a ticket (new, accepted, closed, etc) by looking for the status field in the fields above the Description.

My initial suggestion is that we could change the string beneath the Summary from:
Ticket #2 Assigned to gjm
Ticket #2 - Closed Task; Assigned to gjm

or similar.

Missing component in create ticket shortcut , and the corresponding assignment to dashboard after first comment is a repetitive and annoying issue . This is an example .
